Site Preservation

* Bone grafting at the time of tooth extraction

Collapse or shrinkage of jaw bone volume is common occurrence following tooth extraction. Bone grafting at the time of extraction is usually indicated if dental implant is elected to replace the lost tooth. The goal of the bone grafting is to preserve the  jaw bone dimensions so adequate amount of bone volume is present for placement of properly sized dental  implant.
