Digital Panoramic Radiograph

Panoramic radiographs are two dimensional dental x-rays that can capture the dental arches and surrounding structures in a single image. Panoramic radiographs uses a very small dose of radiation and it is commonly used by dentists in every day practice to develop a treatment plan for extractions, orthodontic and dental implants.  It is also helpful for the detection of developmental anomalies, pathologic lesions, fracture, location of vital anatomical structures such as maxillary sinus and nerves in the posterior jaw of the mandible.
