Dental Insurance & Financial Information

 

We will give you our best estimate of costs (including deductibles and patient portions) before providing periodontics and implant dental care. We will do everything possible to help you get maximum insurance benefits. Unfortunately, since we cannot guarantee insurance benefits or payment, we must hold you personally accountable for any balance not paid within 30 days. All payments are expected at the time of treatment. Olympic Peninsula Implants & Periodontics accepts cash, checks, credit cards and care credit.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Our periodontal office sincerely values your time, and makes every effort to see you precisely when scheduled. In order to give patients our undivided attention,  Olympic Peninsula Implants & Periodontics reserves appointments exclusively for each patient, so we ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 2 to 3 days in advance.

Cancellation/No Show Policy for Doctor or Hygienist Appointment

 

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment.

If appointment is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance you will be charged $50. Your insurance company will not cover this fee.

Cancellation/No Show Policy for Surgical Appointment

 

Due to large block of time needed for surgery, last minute cancellations can cause problems and added expenses for the office.

If surgery is not canceled at least 3 business days in advance you will be charged a $200 fee. Your insurance company will not cover this fee.

 

We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fee in these instances may be waived but only with management approval.
